Team Manager (Childrens Services)

We are looking to expand our management team by recruiting another team manager to lead our service for our care experienced people.   

As the team manager you will be a qualified social worker registered with social care England.   You will need to have a passion for what it is to be a corporate parent and supporting care experienced young people to reach their potential in all aspect of their lives.  You will supervise a team of personal advisors who support young people aged 16-25 working closely with social workers who support our 16-18-year-old children as well as our partner agencies

You will be expected to provide robust reflective supervision and be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the issues relevant to supporting care experienced people including unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. You will need to demonstrate a good working knowledge of safeguarding procedures and legislation and effective practice in this area
