We are seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to support the Council with their utility contract management, metering and billing/data management system. You will be required to liaise with utility suppliers and associated bodies to support the smooth running of the Council’s utility contracts and help to deal with day-to-day queries from sites regarding their bills, metering and supply issues. It will require the post holder to provide technical advice and support on energy and water to Council and partner stakeholders. 

You will be part of a dynamic team that manage the Council’s utility portfolio and lead on the Council’s response to the Climate Emergency.
