This includes preparing Safety Case Reports, maintaining the Golden Thread of information, and managing Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR). You'll assess and manage fire and structural safety risks, conduct inspections and audits, and collaborate with internal teams and external regulators to implement remedial actions. Additionally, you will develop and deliver resident engagement strategies to communicate safety updates, address concerns, and manage complaints related to building and fire safety. Through maintaining detailed records and adhering to organisational policies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and well-managed homes across your portfolio. About You To succeed in this role, you will need a proactive and detail-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks effectively.
