This includes preparing Safety Case Reports, maintaining the Golden Thread of information, and managing Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR). You'll assess and manage fire and structural safety risks, conduct inspections and audits, and collaborate with internal teams and external regulators to implement remedial actions.<br><br>Additionally, you will develop and deliver resident engagement strategies to communicate safety updates, address concerns, and manage complaints related to building and fire safety.
