Enfield Council are seeking a Director of Property services to oversee a wide range of responsibilities and drive significant revenue growth.
As the Director, you will have a substantial budget to work with, including a revenue budget of £11m and expenditure of £19m pa and a capital budget of £2.9m pa for corporate and development projects. You will be responsible for overseeing an asset value of up to £1.6 billion including a commercial portfolio of around £48 million.
Your remit will cover a variety of areas, including strategic property services, property utilisation, construction management, facilities management, and strategic development.
This is a highly commercial role that requires a leader who can significantly increase revenue and deliver capital receipts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic asset management, commercial properties and be able to drive cultural change and speed of delivery. Candidates from local government or other industries are welcome.
