Local Plan Monitoring Officer

Salary: £29,330 - £31,773 (Subject to Job Evaluation)

Working within the heart of our Planning Policy team, you’ll feed directly into the Local Plan preparations by monitoring and providing a variety of data for the Authority Monitoring Report.

You’ll take the lead on this report, undertaking research, site visits and analysis to ensure it captures all essential information. You’ll be comfortable working with a wide variety of data, have a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and be confident in working to tight deadlines.

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
