Making A Difference as a Technical Officer (Contact Centre) in Finance
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual who wants to play a key part assisting the Customer Experience Manager in maintaining the functionality of the Customer Relationship Management system (GOSS) and Contact Centre telephony solution (8x8). Provide administration support for all Contact Centre systems, including Northgate Blue Badges and DWP access.
We are looking for an individual with skills and experience as follows:
Experience of working within a Contact Centre or technical support environment
Experience of using CRM systems and call handling software
The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Experience of using IT Productivity tools including: all Microsoft office programmes, including excel spreadsheets.
Good problem solving and decision-making skills
