We are looking for a dynamic and reactive individual to join our Temporary Accommodation team. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and with oversight of all activities, you will need to have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
The Temporary Accommodation team manage a portfolio of almost 100 units across the Knowsley borough, providing a vital service to vulnerable households. Work is fast paced and extremely reactive, managing conflicting priorities will be a key requirement as will the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including contractors, landlords and internal departments. Key duties include but are not limited to; performance management, financial authorisations and monitoring; prioritisation of work; coaching and day to day supervision. Given the reactive and supervisory nature of the role, this position is office based.
