These services include Residential Care, Respite Care, Community-Based Care, Supported Living, Supported Accommodation, and Support at Home, in line with the Care Act 2014 and the Council’s policies.</p><p>We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Brokerage Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of referrals, which involves effective engagement and clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires close collaboration with the Team Leader, Brokerage Officers, and colleagues to ensure that service outcomes are achieved efficiently and effectively.</p><p>Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels via telephone, email, and face-to-face. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.</p><p>This position is subject to the Council’s Part Flexible Working Policy, which requires a minimum of two days per week working from the office.</p><p>This is a part-time position, offering 26 hours per week, to be worked Monday to Friday. Working hours can be discussed further at interview to ensure alignment with service needs and flexible working arrangements.The salary quoted is based on a full-time schedule of 37 hours per week. About the role
