You’ll be a creative problem solver, who will enjoy working with a wide variety of content owners to help improve our customers’ online experience. You will be able to produce and understand insight data and feedback - and use it to develop new ways of working and to improve the experience and journeys for our customers. As part of the communications team, you will also support our ever-increasing digital communications activities and our core campaign work, where appropriate. You will also be driven by excellence and a desire to do what’s right for our customers - and you’ll have the skills and technical knowledge to make it happen.
