The Commissioning Service in Luton sits within the broader Population Wellbeing Directorate and works together with our Health Partners and local Voluntary and Community Sector to find innovative and workable commissioning solutions.  The Commissioning Service in Luton is on a journey, and has ambitious plans in place to shape the local care and support market and service support landscape over the next 2-3 years. </p>\n<p>This senior leadership role will drive forward the delivery of our ambitious plans – with a specific focus on work to transform our offer to residents who experience poor mental health and / or have a Learning Disability.
