We are now recruiting for a Facilities Management Officer to undertake routine maintenance, operations, services, caretaking and upkeep of the Council’s corporate and commercial properties within the district.
You will be primarily based at Castle House in Newark and will support the Estates Manager with providing support for the effective day to day running of our operations. You must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to understand and interpretate tasks and functions. You must communicate effectively and maintain a calm and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues, stakeholders and the public.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential, we are seeking a well-rounded person with demonstratable transferrable skills.
