Join us as a Service Owner where you will be a vital link between Information Services and the wider organisation ensuring that systems are used to their full potential, that visions for solutions are understood by all and manage a comprehensive service for multiple products overseeing improvements.
Salary: £37,692 - £45,147
What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for delivering the roadmap and improvement of digital products.
- Manage problem records and reduce the impact of incidents through analysis.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure applications are configured to meeting agreed requirements.
The must haves
- Previous development of procedures to support a variety of services in a complex environment.
- Experience testing methodologies and managing application upgrades.
- Excellent communications skills to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at a strategic level.
