We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to be responsible for working with our tenants, empowering them to have a voice in how we develop and manage our housing service.
You will strive to support the service to achieve excellence in service delivery, quality assurance and legislative compliance. You will have a passion for service improvement, and an ability to interpret and analyse legislation, data and insight to inform evidence based decision making.
You will be required to successfully manage projects, initiatives and events, working collaboratively across teams and with our residents. You will support and challenge colleagues across the Housing Service to ensure their regulatory compliance with the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM’s) and the Consumer Standards, in line with relevant legislation such as, the Housing White Paper, the Building Safety Act and the Housing Regulatory Bill.
You will have strong communication skills and an ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and residents, as well excellent project management skills and strong negotiation skills. You will have a high level of written and oral communication skills, and the ability to support the development of Policies, Strategies and other important housing documentation and communication channels.
