The efforts of Environmental Health Officers in improving lives within local communities cannot be underestimated, and I feel fortunate to have had this opportunity to achieve a degree whilst learning visually on the job. The guidance from my team has been fantastic, and I would strongly recommend this apprenticeship to anyone looking at making a difference in a highly supportive environment”.\nAs a Council, we have an excellent track record of training, having successfully trained students over many years who have gained permanent employment either with the council (through a competitive interview process) or in other public services or private companies.
