The team deliver an exceptional service to support our residents to overcome personal challenges to help them achieve their personal goals and milestones. This is a rewarding role, perfect for someone who has experience in supporting people with multiple and complex needs and is now wanting to take on a managerial position. You will provide leadership to your team to deliver the support our residents need, providing guidance and advice as required. You will be all rounded in your approach, able to motivate a team to achieve service KPIs and achieve positive outcomes.</p>\n<p>You will have a passion for what we do, and an understanding of the multiple needs that our residents may have, and able to provide a solutions based approach in your work. This role is perfect for someone who is determined, takes pride in their work, and is able to motivate a diverse team.
