Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.

As an Assistant Property Data Officer, you will be an essential part of Camden's Property Data Team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our housing database system (NEC) and asset management system (APEX). Your primary responsibility will be to input Health and Safety data related to Gas Safety, Electrical Condition, and structural inspections. This is crucial for the Council to meet its legislative compliance requirements.
You will also monitor the inbox for the Property Data Team, providing timely and accurate information and certificates related to property data upon request. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy will support the effective management of our housing stock, contributing to the safety and well-being of our community.
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, organised, and dedicated to ensuring data accuracy. Your role is vital in helping Camden provide safe, compliant, and well-managed homes for our residents.
By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide decent, safe, and family-friendly homes. If you are ready to bring your skills and dedication to Camden’s Property Data Team, apply today.
