Experience at board level (executive or non-executive), a background in the housing sector, and familiarity with the North-West London area—its communities, strengths, and challenges—would be advantageous.\n Property Role\n For the property-focused role, we are looking for someone with professional experience in the property sector, including asset management, residential markets (rental and sales), and client–contractor relationships. You’ll take a lead interest in property-related matters such as stock management and the acquisitions programme. A strong understanding of Brent’s housing needs and the ability to support and challenge officers on growth strategies and delivery will be essential. \nFinance Role\n For the finance-focused role, we are seeking someone with professional experience in financial management, ideally with a relevant qualification.
