Our Team:
Halton Community Day Services are excited to offer a number of Support Worker opportunities to the right candidates.
We are a dynamic service, supporting Adults with Physical, Sensory, Learning Disabilities and Dementia in some innovative and award winning ways.
We are passionate about person centred support and take pride in the quality of activities that we are able to offer: enabling meaningful engagement in a wide range of opportunities. Our portfolio of businesses, where people are able to develop their employment skills include:
Brewery
Ice Cream Parlour
Shopmobility outlets
Market Garden
Hair and Beauty Salon
Community Pantries
Animal Smallholding
We also run some more traditional groups in the community, focusing on developing and maintaining living skills, supporting people who may have behaviour that can challenge or offering therapeutic and social value in activities such as The Samba Band, Craft production and PMLD groups.
We are currently looking to fill the following roles to join our amazing team:
Dementia Support – 27 hours per week - £17,739 - £17,808 per annum.
Wed, Thurs , Fri, Sat, ; to include weekends and bank holidays.
Catering – 30.5 hours per week - £20,038 - £20,116 per annum.
3 week rota ;to include weekends and bank holidays.
Wk 1 – Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
Wk 2 – Thurs, Fri, Sat , Sun
Wk 3 – Tues , Thurs, Fri , Sat
Generic Support – 37 hours per week - £24,309 - £24,404 per annum.
3 week rota ;to include one weekend in 3 , day off for weekend to be discussed upon employment.
Generic Support – 22.50 hours per week - £14,782 - £17,808 per annum.
3 week rota pattern ; to include weekends and bank holidays.
Wk 1- Mon , Tue , Wed
Wk2 – Wed, Thurs Fri
Wk 3- Thurs, Fri, Sun
Successful applicants for the support worker posts will be expected to work across Halton Day Services venues according to the needs of the service.
