The role requires leading the successful delivery of a number of workstreams with a wide range of statutory and community partners.  </span></span><span><span>To achieve this, the postholder will develop and maintain relationships across the Camden Children’s Services and its partners in Health, Education, Police and community sector to make improvements on safeguarding practice, performance and joint working.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>The role involves coordinating the system learning response to serious child safeguarding incidents, to ensure that they are undertaken effectively, with a focus on continuous improvement in safeguarding practices. This is an excellent opportunity to develop how you analyse issues, consider barriers, scope potential areas of development, and monitor progress to ensure recommendations are delivered to agreed timescales and achieve desired outcomes.  Part of the role involves co-designing and coordinating the CSCP multi-agency safeguarding learning offer, including reporting on quality and impact of training and learning material.
