This is a key leadership role, with strategic oversight of SEND, pastoral care, and provision for vulnerable learners.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have enthusiasm, determination and emotional intelligence and will support the whole-school team ethos in our aim of offering an outstanding educational experience for every child.</p>\n<p>The Trust seeks applications from candidates who have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).</li>\n<li>National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or currently undertaking the qualification.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in leading inclusion or SEND in a secondary or senior school context.</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of inclusive education, safeguarding, and the wider pastoral needs of young people.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Commitment to driving high expectations for all learners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Marshalls Park Academy?</strong></p>\n<p>Marshalls Park Academy is a vibrant, over-subscribed, mixed secondary school of 11-16 year olds.
