Talent Consultant

Pay: £42,324 per annum subject to final confirmation
The London Borough of Havering is looking to recruit a Talent Consultant to manage the delivery of high-quality solutions across all aspects of talent management: attraction, identification, development, engagement, and deployment, ensuring future workforce needs are addressed, with the right number of people with the right skills, employed in the right place at the right time’ working for a dedicated service.
If successful in your application for the role of Talent Consultant, London Borough of Havering, you will/will be:
- Assist with the with the implementation of talent strategies through the provision of up-to-date advice and guidance, in a way that positively influences the employee’s experience.
- Attracting talent - employer brand and employee value proposition
- Input to the development and maintenance of corporate information and supporting tools that ensure Havering council is an attractive place to work
- Manage recruitment campaigns ensuring use of approved recruitment frameworks, engaging with senior leaders and recruitment agencies as appropriate
- Work closely with the Transactional HR service to ensure the agreed information is hosted/available on the recruitment site
- Resourcing talent - recruitment, temporary/interim solutions, internal redeployment
- Work alongside managers to identify the appropriate sourcing options and channels to drive value and maximise applications including internal talent.
