Are you able to work within the Housing Options Team to provide intensive support to vulnerable households?
The customer group often includes those who are high risk of or have a history of rough sleeping. Support will be provided using a strength-based approach, it will be assertive and delivered to customers in their homes and the community.
The aim is to support households transition from experiencing homelessness to successfully sustaining a home.
The role requires community engagement which will predominately be completed on foot, across varying terrains (for example, but not limited to paved roads, woodlands, walking up stairs,etc), in all weather conditions. Walking may be for up to, but not limited to, two hours at a time.
The successful applicant will be required to have a DBS check.
