At Brent Council, we are very committed and passionate about this. </p>\n<p>We have received funding from Ministry of, Housing, Communities and Local Government for a full time Rough Sleeper Navigator positions to work with rough sleepers to navigate pathways for a life away from the streets.  The post holder will act as a single point of contact for rough sleepers and work with this client group in a person-centred way to ensure sustainable outcomes around housing are achieved.</p>\n<div><strong>The Person</strong></div>\n<p>Are you seeking a fresh challenge?
