We work closely with Merseycare Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and other dementia related partners. You can really make a difference to somebody’s life by bringing a smile, energy & passionate approach to care.</p><p><strong>We are committed to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in all that we do here in Liverpool City Council and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
