Help to shape Derbyshire Constabulary’s culture to engage our workforce, ensuring delivery of the highest level of service.
As an experienced HR professional in the role of People Engagement and Culture Lead, you will use your knowledge and skills to create a connected workplace where employees feel valued and motivated, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and embedding the force’s employee engagement approach across the force
- Developing tailored divisional and departmental engagement plans
- Working with the Comms and Engagement team to review the strategy and approach to employee engagement
The must haves
- CIPD Level 5 and relevant generalist HR experience
- A strong understanding of engagement drivers
- Experience of designing and delivering engagement and culture delivery plans
Salary £33,264 - £40,893
Full Time, 37 hours per week
For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
