Are you enthusiastic about books, learning, and creating welcoming spaces for discovery? We’re looking for a dynamic Library Advisor to support a small team and ensure a vibrant, inclusive, and efficient environment for all our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise daily library operations and support a small team of library assistants.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive user experience.
Help in managing Library resources
Organise and deliver where required adult and children’s activities, reading programmes, and digital workshops.
Maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring space for all ages.
What We’re Looking For:
A love for libraries and a commitment to lifelong learning.
Previous experience in a library or supervisory role.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of a wide range of digital resources which you can use to help our residents improve their skills
An initiative-taking, approachable, and collaborative mindset.
