We are now looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead the development and management of complex contracts within a high-profile engineering project.
Specifically, you will draft, negotiate, and execute complex contracts, from supply and construction to service agreements, ensuring alignment with programme goals, regulatory standards, and budgetary timelines.
Providing expert risk assessment and mitigation strategies for contractual obligations, you will maintain robust tracking systems to monitor performance.
Additionally, you will:
- Lead dispute resolution, liaising with legal, technical, and sourcing teams
- Develop and mentor a cross-functional commercial team
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and contract compliance
- Act as a main point of contact for contract-related matters
About You
To be considered as a Senior Commercial Manager, you will need:
- MCIPS or RICS Qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in senior contract management, ideally in construction, engineering, or major infrastructure projects
- Experience leading small to medium-sized commercial teams
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, procurement strategies, and commercial frameworks
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities
- A strategic, collaborative mindset and a commitment to long-term partnerships
