Millfields CE Primary School are excited to be looking for a new member of staff to join our strong, friendly and supportive team.

The Governing Board of Millfields CE Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher and leader who is a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly motivated classroom practitioner, committed to raising standards for all pupils through a creative approach using a range of teaching and learning strategies. You must have a proven track record as an excellent class teacher, have experience of leadership and be an effective team player, with ambitions to develop your own potential.

As SENDCo, you will be expected to build on our current successes in SEND and lead the school to the next level in terms of our SEND provision. A Teaching & Learning Responsibility (TLR) payment will be given if you already have the National SENDCo Award, or upon achieving the award if you do not already have it and are willing to study for it. Ideally, you will be already qualified.

Pre- arranged visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged at 4:00pm on Tuesday 17th June. Please telephone or email the school office to confirm attendance.

Closing Date: Monday 23rd June at 12 noon. The interview process for shortlisted candidates will include a classroom observation which will be arranged for in your current setting. Formal interviews at the school will take place on Friday 4th July. Please refer to Job Description, Person Specification and Application Form - CVs will not be accepted.
