As our Senior HR Business Partner you will maintain effective working relationships with HR teams across five regional forces to ensure consistent policy and recruitment for East Midlands Special Operations Unit.
What you’ll be doing
This is an exciting and varied role including:
- Providing advice and direction in the resolution of complex and sensitive cases
- Leading on HR advice regarding change management
- Managing and developing the internal HR website for EMSOU
The must haves

- To be a chartered member of CIPD or have equivalent experience
- Experience of managing budgets and offering innovative solutions to deliver cost efficiencies
- Experience of leading and developing teams in a changing and challenging environment
