Support the delivery of effective policing systems.

As our IT Business Analyst, you will support the implementation of operational change management activities using your effective communication skills to provide advice and guidance. You will prioritise requirements and question stakeholders constructively.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify and analyse problems during investigation of complex business situations.
- Monitor effectiveness of activities being implemented and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Simulate potential software for stakeholder approval and competently construct systems.
The must haves
- Resolution of complex business problems through application of business analysis techniques.
- Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or work experience to this level.
- Continuously evolve services and implement improvements through collaboration.
