About the Role
As an IT Engineer (Cloud), you’ll report to the Infrastructure & Cloud Team Leader and ensure the effective management of cloud-based systems. You’ll help the Service Centre deliver 2nd and 3rd line support, working to maximise the performance, stability and availability of cloud services.
You’ll contribute to the development and enhancement of cloud components, and play an active role in support, guidance and escalation routes for Service Centre colleagues.

We’re looking for someone who can bring:
- -Hands-on experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and services
- -A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting others
- -Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a focus on service improvement
- -Confidence in developing and deploying cloud components
- -Flexibility to manage changing priorities and participate in an out-of-hours technician rota
- -A positive approach to maintaining a healthy work-life balance
