Job introduction
Due to the retirement of our music teacher in December 2025, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated specialist music teacher to join us at Meridian Community Primary School and Nursery. You will be teaching music across the school, from Nursery to Year 6, including our SEND Specialist Facility, every week. This is an exciting opportunity to continue to develop our music curriculum and wider music offer.
The successful candidate will:
- be an excellent teacher with a passion for making our music curriculum engaging and meaningful
- have high expectations of behaviour and learning
- have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team
