In addition to this, the team as a whole covers various activities including managing the responses to Housing FOIs, Housing Member Enquiries, Housing Area Panels, People Services Complaints and managing the Out of hours Rota.  </p>\n<p>For an informal discussion, please contact - Emma Darlaston-Williams, Management and Project Support Officer on <a href=\"mailto:emma.darlaston@brighton-hove.gov.uk\">emma.darlaston@brighton-hove.gov.uk</a> or on 07753282138.</p>\n</div></div><h2>About the role</h2><p>Diary management is a key area of the role, arranging and coordinating meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders, as well as preparing agendas, taking notes, summarising information and disseminating this information to attendees.</p><p>The team are responsible for managing the responses to Housing FOIs, Housing Member Enquiries, Housing Area Panels, People Services Complaints and managing the Out of hours Rota. </p><p>The management of these processes within the Service, entails logging information, liaising with other teams for responses, proof reading and replying to Councillors, members, residents as well as internal teams to strict deadlines. Some of the information will be of a confidential and sensitive manner, therefore the postholder should be tactful and diplomatic with their responses and develop a good tone of voice in correspondence.</p><p>You will ideally have experience of working in a busy office environment with the ability to prioritise your workload around the demands of the service and strict deadlines.</p><p>Previous experience would be great but is not essential.
