Home Finding sits within the wider fostering service. The aim of the service is to provide warm, kind, and safe care where children feel loved and can flourish.</p><p><strong>Your New Role:</strong></p><p>You will use the council’s computerised MOSAIC system to raise and pay invoices and process internal transfers. You will also do financial reconciliations, data entry, photocopying and general administration. You will handle shared email inboxes and telephone inquiries, dealing with all correspondence. You will support the Service Leader and Team Leaders with management reports, stats, diary management and typing, and interface with the wider children's services and finance department.</p><p><em>Please read the job profile for the full details of this role.</em></p><p><strong>What you'll need to succeed:</strong></p><p>You have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade 4 and above (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications), including Maths and English. You have experience of working in an administrative role, managing confidential and sensitive information and demonstrating integrity and care in doing your work. You are people focused, with excellent communication skills, and can demonstrate consistently high standards of customer care and customer service.
