They should also be active as they love walks and the outdoors. I am looking for someone that could spend time with them in the park, going swimming, out for walks or playing together at home. I would also like someone that would possibly be willing to join us on family days out.
I would need someone that is first aid trained and able to manage when they have seizures and feel happy/comfortable to give medications. I am happy to train you in this.

As a Business Support Officer you will undertake a variety of administrative duties depending on the service including data entry and analysis, meeting support and minute taking, receiving and making telephone calls. You may be in contact with those that use our services and a DBS may be required in these settings.Public HealthYou’ll be supporting our statutory Public Health teams dealing with confidential and sensitive matters and undertaking a range of administrative duties such as meeting support, creating agendas, note and minute taking, answering telephone calls, managing surveys and providing information as a first point of contact.Hertfordshire Fire &amp; Rescue ServiceYou’ll be supporting the teams in the Hertfordshire Fire Stations. Key duties include inputting overtime and on-call payments to HCC’s payroll system, managing the supply of uniform and PPE on behalf of operational staff, making and receiving telephone calls on behalf of the Fire Service, finance support with station budgets and purchasing, and providing information as a first point of contact. You will be expected to manage team commitments avoiding scheduling conflicts and deal with all general matters including correspondence, invoices, and timesheets according to local procedures.Growth &amp; Environment / Resources DepartmentsYou’ll be supporting services such as Passenger Transport, Libraries, Property undertaking a range of administrative duties including meeting support, creating agendas, note and minute taking, raising purchase orders, managing invoicing and payments processes, maintaining database information and providing information as a first point of contact.<h4>About you</h4>Essential:<ul><li>Experience of working in a previous administrative or support role</li><li>Organisational and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a range of audiences</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software</li><li>Experience in working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Understanding of specialised processes and methods gained through relevant training and experience.</li><li>Ability to plan own work over short timescales for routine or familiar tasks and processes and use your initiative to work independently.</li><li>GCSE or Vocational equivalent, strong numeracy and literacy skills</li><li>Enthusiasm and pride in your work are qualities we welcome.</li><li>You will be used to working to tight deadlines and with high accuracy in written correspondence.</li><li>Experience in minute or note taking </li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Support with coaching and training others</li><li>Experience in processing invoices and handling financial transactions</li></ul>This job role is within the Business Support, level BUS07 job profile.
