The provision of equipment and adaptations are central to the delivery of our shared goals, as we work alongside our modern and efficient Integrated Equipment Service to achieve this.We provide regular supervision, with access to peer support groups and encourage access to learning and service development opportunities. As an integrated team we can offer opportunities of working in different ways, such as working with Children, at the Front Door and supporting service development.It is an exciting time to join us as we look to continue to improve our integrated service offer to our residents.
