We are seeking a Level 4 Quantity Surveying apprentice with the ambition and drive to progress into a Level 6 apprenticeship role to develop their skills, knowledge and experience in a Quantity Surveying career. You will work as part of the commercial team in supporting the delivery of new social rented homes and learn to perform your duties both independently and as part of a team. Gain an understanding of the work of the commercial team and its contribution to the wider work of local government, ensuring value for money is achieved and the Council’s New Homes Team’s objectives are met.
