Description:
The Governing Board of The Brow Community Primary School would like to invite applications from experienced or new Site Managers/Maintenance Officers to join the staff of our friendly, hardworking school as our new Premises Manager.
We are looking to appoint someone who is reliable, positive, friendly, hardworking, practical and with a ‘can do’ attitude.
The successful candidate will be able to manage site security and maintenance, liaise with contractors, be a good communicator and work with enthusiasm. As a highly inclusive primary school, we are looking for someone who can reflect our school ethos and Mission Statement, treating everyone with kindness and respect.

Premises Manager

You will also work alongside our Front of House Advisors, Hospitality Assistants and Fitness Advisors to ensure the highest quality of Customer Service. Hours: We currently have x4 positions available: x3 - 27 hours per week x1 - 30 hours per week Rotas and preference discussed at interview Your Contributions: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety principles and procedures within leisure facilities, alongside a strong understanding of the leisure industry. Essential qualifications include a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), which must be kept valid through regular training sessions and completion of e-learning modules. Additional qualifications such as a Swimming Teachers Qualification, First Aid Certificate, and Pool Plant Operators Certificate would be desirable. The candidate must be capable of applying rules and regulations to effectively manage customer behaviour. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves training in and covering a full range of reception and café duties when needed.
