A key part of your role will involve speaking to residents to gain insights into activities they are interested in and reviewing feedback to ensure residents remain engaged and interested in the Flexicare activity offer.</p><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about person-centred practice and how to promote independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion through meaningful activity. You should have a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and how to recognise and respond to potential concerns. Awareness of the barriers faced by older people and vulnerable adults, including those with physical, cognitive, or sensory needs, is essential.</p><p>You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, volunteers, and partners. Good organisational skills, including the ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate activities across multiple sites, are crucial.
