You will facilitate board and SLT meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking formal minutes, and ensuring a timely follow-up on actions, whilst overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations, supporting the organisation's environmental strategy.</p>\n<p>You will further line manage a small team of 2 Administrative Support Officers who support with the day to day administration and management of our central office.</p>\n<p><strong>About you</strong></p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who is organised, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced organisation. You will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. You will be able to organise and manage events and away days, as well as manage our booking systems and general running. You will have proven minute taking experience, able to write minutes for meetings in an organised manner, and manage our shared online platforms for ease of access, and usability.
