Making a Difference as a Swimming Instructor
Our qualified swimming instructors have a key role supporting the local community by delivering swimming lessons and aquatic based activities across our centres in accordance with the National governing body and aquatic swimming programme. We are always interested to hear from qualified instructors who are interested in either our Swimming Instructor positions or our dual Swimming Instructor/Leisure assistant posts.
Permanent vacancies range from 23 hours (Monday/Friday) for Swimming Instructors or up to 28 hours for Dual Post Swimming Instructors who also cover Leisure Assistants responsibilities on a rotational shift basis.
Your work life balance is important to us which is why we have put rotating shifts in place for duel roles.
Enhanced rates of pay may be applicable (dependent on role/terms) for unsociable/weekend hours, irregular shift allowance etc
