Ensuring the team is managed, motivated, supported and driven to develop and provide excellent customer service second to none in the sector. Will be expected to work flexibly to meet customer and business needs including the possibility of some evening working and from different geographic locations as may be needed.</p>\n<p>You’ll be based at one of our main offices in either Farringdon, Croydon, Maidstone or Sittingbourne, with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.</p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p>\n<p>•In conjunction with the Head of Property Management, Senior Property Managers work with and oversee Property Management team colleagues for block specific s20 consultations for works and services making sure that SH’s ability to recover costs is protected together with making sure that leaseholders rights are respected and views taken on board as far as possible.</p>\n<p>•As needed work with Service Charge team in the preparation and service of section 20b notices for works or service costs that may need to be deferred.</p>\n<p>•Support the production of accurate service charges especially as they may relate to works subject to consultation including reconciling actual costs against estimate provided in section 20 notices. Help as may be needed dealing with resident enquires to ensure speedy resolution and SH externally if disputes arise.</p>\n<p>•To lead and manage appropriate projects, to maintain and improve the operation of the team.</p>\n<p>•To lead the setting, reviewing and complying with relevant policies and procedures making sure they meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements as well as working towards best practice and high levels of customer satisfaction as it relates to s20 and relevant related areas.</p>\n<p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p>\n<p>•Extensive knowledge and experience of legal aspects of leasehold law and regulations, especially as it relates to sections 20 and 20b and ideally practical experience of preparing and representing cases at Tribunal (FTT and upper Tribunal) and court</p>\n<p>•Working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Acts, Statutory Instruments and Regulations.</p>\n<p>•Proven line management experience with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and stakeholders.</p>\n<p>•Effective communicator, using a range of techniques and tools to convey messages.</p>\n<p><strong>Please include specific examples demonstrating how you meet the criteria in your supporting statement</strong></p>\n<p>Closing Date: Thursday 12th June 2025 at 23:59pm</p>\n<p>Please note, we have the right to close this vacancy early, if we receive a high volume of applications</p>\n<p><em>We appreciate the effort and authenticity that candidates bring to our recruitment process.
