You will be responsible for managing staff across Stevenage and Apsley and therefore the need to travel is essential. You will support with complaints and assist the Team Leader in service delivery. You will also support with the Safety Improvement Process to ensure the service meets its duties and obligations to people who use our services. You will arrange meetings with providers, take and produce high quality minutes, undertake research and audits to ensure a quality service and continuous improvements.
