You’ll be part of a dedicated crew responsible for maintaining the internal and external communal areas across our estates—making sure everything looks great and feels safe for our residents.What Your Day Might Look Like<ul><li>Start with lighting checks in communal areas—swap out any bulbs that need replacing</li><li>Carry out a range of cleaning tasks across entrances, staircases, corridors, lifts, bin rooms, car parks, and podium gardens</li><li>Litter picking, sweeping, and keeping outdoor spaces tidy and inviting</li><li>Be the go-to person for residents when it comes to caretaking queries</li><li>Work closely with teams like Neighbourhood Services to make sure residents’ needs are met and any concerns are reported</li></ul>What Makes This Role Special You won’t be stuck indoors—you’ll be out on our estates, helping to create clean, safe, and welcoming environments.
