36 Hours a Week - 52 weeks per year Devonshire Park is a vibrant two form entry primary school located in Birkenhead. we are looking for a dedicated and experienced site manager to join our team.
As a site manager, you will be crucial to the smooth and safe running of our school premises. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repair: carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks and liaise with external contractors for major works. Ensure school site is compliant with all health and safety legislation, including fire safety. legionella checks and risk assessments. Be responsible for the security of the premises including locking/unlocking the site and managing alarm systems
A commitment to safeguarding all young people&nbsp; Willingness to be part of a team&nbsp; Ability to adhere to the school's policies and procedures and most importantly the equal opportunities policy, child protection policy and all health &amp; safety related policies.&nbsp; Proven good attendance and punctuality &nbsp; Ability to contribute to the life of the whole school and a commitment to the vision, values and aims of the school&nbsp; Ability to work overtime as and when necessary&nbsp; Ability to respond to school-based emergencies including security issues out of normal working hours.

Salary Grade - Band D, scale point 6-7 £25,989 - £26,403 FTE £18,047 - £18,335 Actual
Contract - This is a permanent, part time contract, 25 hours per week, 52 weeks a year.

<li>Maintain a library of user manuals for office furniture and fixtures that can be referred to when needed</li>

<li>Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by management team</li>
<li>Championing health and safety around the school, and supervising external contractors</li>
<li>Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the office building looking clean and professional</li>
