Examination Invigilator
(Casual)

Ellesmere Port Catholic High School employs a team of Examination Invigilators to ensure the calm and smooth running of examinations during the school year.
We are looking to increase the number of Exam Invigilators working on a casual basis to help oversee our examinations and assist our Exams Officer. Invigilators need to be reliable, punctual, and flexible, and be able to relate to students. You would need to be available from 8.45am for morning sessions and from 1.15pm for afternoon sessions. The duration of the exam sessions will vary. This role requires you to undertake invigilation as required for external examinations in accordance with the requirements of the relevant Examination Board and the School’s procedures.
In addition to this, we are also looking to recruit invigilators to read and scribe for some of our students during their examinations. Previous experience is not required as full training for both roles will be provided.

The Governors of Over Hall Community School are seeking to appoint a permanent Site Maintenance Officer to join our school.&nbsp;
This is an exciting and varied role. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the school grounds and buildings, under taking minor repairs and liaising with external maintenance contractors to ensure the highest possible standard of cleanliness and health and safety are maintained. Due to the opening of a day hospital provision for young people under the Cheshire Eating Disorder Service (CHEDS), Ancora House School and its governors wish to recruit an outstanding practitioner to join our talented and experienced team.
Ancora House School has two sites; Ancora House Adolescent Psychiatric Unit, on the Countess of Chester Hospital Site and our Ancora House community provision at Castle Park, Frodsham.
The vacancy has arisen in our SEND and Transition Team and is based at our hospital site within the new day hospital provision, however there is an expectation that all staff work flexibly across sites as required.&nbsp; The role is challenging, diverse and rewarding; the successful applicant will bring passion, commitment and fantastic organisational skills to the team.
A positive and solution focused approach will encourage young people experiencing significant mental health, social and emotional challenges to regain aspirations, consider their future plans with more optimism and to engage with education, employment or training.
