About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our Primary School’s wraparound care team. You will support the supervision and engagement of children during after-school activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive play environment.
Key Responsibilities: o Facilitate creative, physical, and imaginative play for children aged 4–11 o Supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times o Encourage social interaction and positive behaviour o Prepare and tidy play spaces and resources o Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with parents and staff
We’re Looking For: o A genuine passion for supporting children’s play and development o A positive, energetic, and caring attitude o Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or play setting (preferred but not essential) o Understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training will be provided) o Relevant qualifications in Play work, Childcare, or similar (desirable)

Buglawton Primary School are looking to recruit 2 enthusiastic, committed and kind Midday Assistants to help with lunchtime provision. &nbsp;
You will be responsible for supervising and assisting children whilst they eat, as well as some basic serving duties.&nbsp; The role may involve setting up the Hall for dinner service and cleaning throughout the shift. On the playground, you will be responsible for promoting games and engaging with the children whilst ensuring that the school’s high standards of behaviour are maintained at all times.&nbsp;&nbsp;At the end of lunchtime, you will be responsible for putting away tables and chairs and cleaning the hall.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Hours of work are:
11.45am - 1.00pm, Monday to Friday (6.25 hours) 12.00noon - 1.00pm, Monday to Friday (5 hours)
The positions are term time only, 38 weeks of the year, and offered on a permanent basis.
