The role is critical in ensuring the safety, welfare and positive behaviour of students, supervising students in dining areas, playgrounds and other designated areas within the school premises to create a safe and enjoyable breaktime experience. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience of supervising children or young people as a parent or carer with the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations and be able to resolve problems independently and use initiative. You will be at the heart of supporting young people as they prepare to move from school or college into adult life.
