Healthy Way is delivered over a 12-week period to a group of up to 25 adults who are wanting to make lifestyle changes. Healthy Way discusses a range of topics such as the Eat well guide, Type 2 diabetes, behavioural change, sleep and so much more. Healthy Way courses are scheduled around the facilitator’s availability. We are looking for three facilitators on zero-hour contracts to join the team with day, evening and Saturday morning availability.
