Customer Services Manager (RP0160) Starting salary is £55,051pa with progression to £58,445pa through annual increments subject to satisfactory service (inclusive of outer fringe allowance) 37 hours per week hybrid (3 days in the office) Permanent role About the Role Reporting directly to the Assistant Director (Customer Services &amp; Transformation), you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing the Council’s customer service standards. About the role BEAM are seeking casual team members to join the Welcome Team.The successful candidates will assist Duty Managers in the day-to-day delivery of the food and beverage operation and be the open, friendly, knowledgeable face of BEAM. Successful candidates will work ad hoc evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.Candidates must be 18+ What will you be doing? Some of the key responsibilities include: • Provide high standards of customer care at all times. • To be familiar with the venues ever changing artistic offer of shows, films, and events. • To be familiar with the food and beverage menu. • Serve drinks, food, and confectionery across the building. • To maintain the required level of cleanliness across all front of house and back of house areas as required by the Hospitality and Operations Manager (including equipment, washrooms, rooms for hire, and auditoria). • Undertake the manual handling of goods, refuse and equipment. • Follow stock rotation procedures to minimise waste. • Assist customers to purchase tickets at the ticketing kiosks as necessary • Operate all relevant aspects of the EPOS system.
